Roll around a living city, build a useful business empire and finish one full 18-round mayoral term with the highest Mayor Value.
Keep every turn quick
Roll, follow your blue piece, then make one clear decision. Buy an available business, grow one you already own, fund a city service or keep your cash. Select End Turn and the camera follows the red CPU mayor automatically.
Businesses and income
Businesses earn money on City Payday and charge the rival mayor when visited. Each one can grow from level one to level three. Stronger businesses earn more, but unhealthy districts reduce their income.
Keep Mayor City alive
Police, Sanitation, Parks & Recreation and Road Maintenance improve nearby districts. Landing on a service gives an automatic boost; an optional $80 investment helps further. Districts slip slightly after each round, so ignoring the city eventually hurts everyone.
Race for city firsts
Eighteen achievements pay a one-time bonus to whichever mayor reaches them first. The ladder begins with a first business, upgrade, service and city lap, then continues with larger portfolios, repeated civic work, level-three businesses and complete district collections. Own every business in Old Town—or any other district—to collect its special reward. These are bonuses, not win conditions, and the game always continues.
Win after 18 rounds
Final Mayor Value combines cash, business value and a city-quality bonus or penalty. The richest empire does not always win if Mayor City has been neglected.
